Airevo Designer is a streamlined web application designed for fashion designers, textile manufacturers, and retailers. It acts as a virtual mockup generator, allowing users to upload flat fabric patterns and instantly visualize how they will look draped on real human models wearing various garment types. The platform eliminates the need for expensive and time-consuming physical samples by automating the visualization process.

The Challenge

In the traditional fashion and textile industry, moving from a 2D fabric pattern to a visualized final garment is a slow and expensive process. High Costs & Waste: Producing physical samples for every new pattern variation or collection requires significant material, labor, and shipping costs. Slow Time-to-Market: Waiting weeks for physical prototypes from manufacturers halts the design pipeline and delays product launches. Limited Iteration: Because physical sampling is resource-intensive, designers are often limited in how many variations they can test, potentially stifling creativity and market testing. Visualization Gap: Presenting flat textile patterns or basic 2D CAD drawings to clients or stakeholders often fails to convey how the fabric will actually drape, reflect light, and look on a real human body.

Our Solution

To solve this, we developed Airevo Designer, a streamlined, web-based virtual rendering platform (designer.airevo.my) that bridges the gap between flat textiles and physical garments. Instant Virtual Prototyping: We built a rendering engine that allows users to upload flat pattern files (JPG/PNG) and instantly map them onto high-fidelity, photorealistic human models wearing specific garments (shirts, dresses, pants). Intuitive Workspace & Dashboard: We designed a clean, B2B-focused UI where designers can easily manage bulk requests. The dashboard organizes work into clear project folders (e.g., "Apr 2026") and provides real-time status tracking for every design iteration. Dynamic Asset Libraries: The platform integrates preset garment types and a diverse library of base models, giving users the flexibility to see how a single pattern translates across different fits and styles with just a few clicks.

  • High-Fidelity Virtual Mockups: The core engine processes the uploaded flat pattern, the chosen garment style, and the selected base model to generate a highly realistic composite image ("Result"). The final images accurately simulate fabric draping, lighting, and fit.
  • Detailed Request Tracking: Users can view the complete lifecycle of a specific request (e.g., Request #175), displaying the source pattern, the base model, the garment type, and a high-resolution final visualization all in one view.

User Workflow

  1. Create a Project: The user initiates a new batch of designs within the workspace dashboard.
  2. Upload & Configure: The user uploads a 2D fabric pattern and configures the design parameters by selecting a target garment (e.g., "Shirt") and a specific model.
  3. Processing: The request is queued and sent to the administrative/backend system for rendering.
  4. Review Results: Once processed, the user can review the highly realistic, ready-to-use virtual mockups directly within their project folder.
