The primary challenges addressed were: Information Silos: Critical documents (IC, Pension cards, Discharge summaries) are often physically stored and unavailable during urgent doctor visits. Medication Non-Adherence: Complex dosages (e.g., "crush with food" or "take at night") are easily confused or forgotten without a dedicated tracking system. Coordination Fatigue: Keeping track of upcoming checkups and "Training PD" sessions across multiple family members can lead to missed appointments and increased caregiver stress.

We developed a suite of features focused on clarity, accessibility, and proactive care: Centralized Care Dashboard: A high-level overview featuring individual parent profiles, allowing caregivers to switch between family members and view personalized care summaries instantly. Smart Medication Management: A robust module that tracks medication names, precise dosage instructions (in local context, e.g., "1 biji malam"), and treatment duration. It includes an "Ongoing Treatment" toggle for chronic conditions. Digital Document Vault: A secure repository for essential documents like IC/Passports, Pension Cards, and Discharge Summaries. This eliminates the need to carry physical files to every medical appointment. Proactive Reminder System: An integrated calendar for setting checkups and events, ensuring that upcoming "Training PD" or hospital visits are front-and-center on the daily overview. Structured Onboarding: A streamlined "Add Family Member" flow that captures essential metadata, including IC numbers and pension details, alongside a comprehensive medical history.

Emergency Readiness: Reduced the time to access vital medical records from minutes (searching through physical files) to seconds via the Document Vault. Improved Medication Accuracy: Minimized the risk of dosage errors through clear, persistent digital instructions and "Active" status tracking. Peace of Mind for Families: Provided a structured framework that reduces the mental load on caregivers, allowing them to focus on quality time rather than administrative logistics.
