Realesta — Malaysia's Curated Property Marketplace

Malaysia's property portals are crowded with unverified, duplicated, and outdated listings, making it hard for serious buyers and renters to trust what they see. Agents lacked a modern, credible platform to showcase quality inventory, while users wanted map-based discovery and a mobile experience that felt like a consumer app — not a directory.

We built Realesta as a modern marketplace on a Next.js front end backed by a Laravel REST API. Every listing passes a review workflow before publication, so only verified residential and commercial properties go live. Buyers explore an interactive live map with filtering by property type, price, and location, browse rich image galleries served from AWS S3, and save favourites to their account. Licensed agents get profile pages and listing management tools, and a companion Android app extends the same experience to mobile.

Realesta launched as a trusted, verified alternative to Malaysia's traditional property portals — spanning listings from under RM 500,000 to over RM 100 million across KLCC, Mont Kiara, Bangsar, Penang, Johor Bahru, and Petaling Jaya. The map-first search and clean, mobile-friendly interface give buyers a faster path to relevant properties, while the verification workflow and agent network build the credibility that sets the platform apart.
